- 3/15 Mon – Individual Workout – 1.5 Miles, Send Screenshot by 6:00p*
- 3/16 Tue – Shootaround / New Player Clinic** 10:30a-12:00p @ Westside HS
- 3/17 Wed – Individual Workout – 1.5 Miles, Send Screenshot by 6:00p*
- 3/18 Thu – Shootaround / New Player Clinic** 10:30a-12:00p @ Westside HS
- 3/19 Fri – Individual Workout – 2.0 Miles, Send Screenshot by 6:00p*
* Send a screenshot of the run completed to Coach Song, Coach Paul, or Coach Thomas by 6:00pm that day AND Do one of the individual workouts at this link:
