Hello Westide Lacrosse,

Here’s a reminder of our summer workout schedule for this week.
Many of you are not taking advantage of our Westside S&C workouts in the mornings. Other athletes in other sports who also have club and summer league do the S&C workouts in the morning in addition to their club practices. Not only are these workouts highly valuable, this is an opportunity to show the Westside athletic department how strong our lacrosse program is.

Also, the positional and strength and stick sessions will now be open to all players.
Here’s our schedule for this week:
  • 6/24-27 Mon-Thu – Westside S&C Workouts 9:00a-11:30a @ Westside Field House
  • 6/27 Thu – Positional Training 5:00p-6:30p @ Westside Lacrosse Practice Field*
  • 6/28 Fri – Strength & Sticks 9:00a-10:30a @ LA Fitness

WHLA Summer Camp
We are getting some awesome coaches for our camp! This is going to be a great, fun experience. Tell friends and anyone who wants to play lacrosse and give it a try. Please see attached flyer and go to www.westhoustonlax.com for more details.
WHLA Summer League
Tell your friends about the WHLA summer league! The league is open to any adult and youth you know who may be interested. Also, we are going to announce a fall youth league. Beginners encouraged!
