Hello Westside Lacrosse Players and Parents,
Thank you all for a great tournament weekend!
Although there were no wins on the scoreboard, and as I had mentioned going into the tournament, we won as a program. Specifically, we were able to gain experience, assess our players, evaluate team chemistry and personnel, and get a sense of the competition.
With the above stated, we are now also able to begin formulating Varsity and JV teams. Thus, the scrimmage this coming Saturday against Bellaire will be segmented varsity and JV teams with alternating quarters. 
By Wednesday we will release preliminary Varsity and JV rosters. Our goal for the end of Fall Ball is to release a Varsity and JV final cut.
The schedule for this week is as follows:

  • 12/10 – Mon – No practice
  • 12/11 – Tue – Goalies Practice (Goalies – full gear)
  • 12/12 – Wed – Team Meeting 4:15p-6:00p, Meet @ RM N122
  • 12/13 – Thu – Practice 4:15p-6:00p, Meet @ RM N122 (Full gear)
  • 12/14 – Fri -No Practice
  • 12/15 – Scrimmage v. Bellaire HS @ West Briar 10:00am-12:00p.
