Wall Ball should be conditioning also – if you’re doing it right. Come up with 1:30-2:00 minute routines, continuous full speed movement like a strong run in a game. Try this – at the end of a set, catch and whip that ball as hard as a shot. Overcome that moment on the field when you’ve been up and down, and you finally get the ball back, but you don’t have enough to finish with a strong shot. #wallballforever #wallballissatisfying
